Meet MAW
Masters At Werk is a husband-and-wife studio led by Jason and Rosalie, built around one clear standard: real technique, real taste, and an education you can trust. We focus on enhancing natural beauty with subtle, inconspicuous results that never feel overdone.
We’re both from New York City, shaped by its dynamic culture, creative energy, and high standards. Rosalie brings a visual arts background and advanced esthetics training, including ITEC certification with a focus in facial electrical therapy. Jason brings a Master Barber background and an artistic eye, with a genuine love for photography and clean, polished imagery.
As New York SoftTap instructors, we take a method-first approach to permanent makeup, aiming for soft, natural-looking enhancement and results that heal beautifully. Alongside SoftTap, we offer innovative holistic facials powered by facial electrical therapy, designed to lift, recharge, and restore a healthy glow.
Our mission is simple: elevate what’s already there, with skill, comfort, and integrity, in a studio that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.
