Masters At Werk Business Policies

 

We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.

 

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments are available by appointment only; please call (845-720-4124) or book your appointment online (mastersatwerk.com). To hold your appointment, you must provide a valid debit or credit card if this is your first appointment with us. Please provide your full name and phone number to receive text reminders. We will send you a confirmation email and text 48 hours in advance (please confirm). If you make a deposit using your debit or credit card, you will be subject to a pre-authorization hold for 24 hours.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Ideally, you should arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, extending your booked service time may not be possible; if the service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the total amount. At our discretion, clients who arrive more than ten minutes late may have to reschedule their appointment.

 

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service to you and other clients, we strive to meet your appointment requests during our peak periods. To facilitate this, we maintain a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours. By booking an appointment, you accept the conditions of our cancellation policy, and any credit card that you have on file will be charged automatically according to the following policy:
 

If you cancel your reservation within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

If you cancel your service with less than two hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the service value.

Please be advised that all no-show and no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

If pre-paid services are canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of $30.00 will be charged.

 

Cancellations and/or reschedulings must be made by telephone (845.720.4124), not by email or social media. Our system tracks missed (non-canceled) appointments. Refunds will not be issued. Continuing to miss appointments will result in an official letter discharging you from the practice. In accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy, we regret that exceptions cannot be made. Our business operates on the basis of appointments, and we arrange appointments exclusively for our clients. Thank you for your understanding.


PAYMENT

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. It is always appreciated to receive gratuities in any form, but cash is preferred. Tipping 15%-20% of the regular service price is typical if you are satisfied with your service. (Of course, the amount is entirely up to you!)
