We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Office visits are by appointment only please call (845-467-4080) or book your own appointment online (mastersatwerk.com). If this is your first appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and cell service provider (so we can send you text reminders). A confirmation email and text will be sent 48 hours prior (we kindly ask you to confirm). Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis, granted there are any openings.
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late for any appointment may be asked to reschedule at our discretion.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:
No show/call without notice – A $25.00 fee will be charged. When you miss an appointment without canceling, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delayed unnecessarily.
24 hours’ notice – Service will be cancelled at no charge.
All cancellations and/or rescheduling must be made by calling the office (845.467.4080), not by email or social media. We track missed (non-cancelled) appointments. No refunds will be given. Repeated missed appointments may result in a sent letter discharging you from the practice. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you. Thank you for your understanding.
We accept Cash, Visa, MC, and American Express. Gratuties in any form are always appreciated, but cash is preferred. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 15%-20% of the regular service price is typical. (Of course the actual amount is up to your discretion!)
