WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS MADE OF?
The eyelashes used for eyelash extensions are made of synthetic, soft, & lush fibers with a high gloss finish. JB Lashes carries 4 different types of curls, 11 different lengths, 5 different thicknesses, 12 different colors, and 5 different styles. These are over 200 combinations to choose from, with customizable options to fit your specific look.
HOW LONG DO JB LASHES LAST?
Eyelash extensions last through the length of your natural growth cycle of each lash, which is between 60 to 100 days. Touch - ups are recommended every 2-4 weeks to replace lashes which have fallen out due to the life cycle of one's natural lashes.
ARE JB LASHES SAFE?
JB Lashes use only the highest grade adhesives which are odorless to the wearer. Neither the synthetic lash nor the glue ever come in contact with your skin; extensions are applied about 1mm away from your skin.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Eyelash extensions are easy to maintain. Just avoid excessive rubbing. Also avoid oil-based lotion or oil-based cleansers/makeup removers. Use small cotton swab to careful clean around the eyes. Professional aftercare products are recommended and sold at MASTERS AT WERK.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SERVICE?
You should thoroughly clean your lashes with mild cleanser. Use a water-based makeup remover to clean your lashes; avoid using oil-based before and after lash application. Lashes should not be curled or permed and all mascara should be removed. As the service ranges from 1-2 hours long.
CAN I WEAR MASCARA ON MY LASHES?
The great thing about JB Lashes is that you won't need any mascara or eyeliner! Our Volume-Up Mascara, which is specifically formulated for eyelash extensions can be used on the tips of the eyelash extensions. Water-proof mascara or heavy makeup is NOT recommended.
CAN I RECEIVE JB LASHES IF MY LASHES ARE TINTED OR DYED?
Yes, it's safe to receive eyelash extensions on tinted or dyed eyelashes. However, it is not recommended to tint or dye, or perm lashes after having the eyelash extensions applied.
HOW DO YOU REMOVE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
There are two methods:
1. Come in to have them professionally removed with a special remover. Please do not attempt to remove them yourself. The glue is very strong and you can damage your own lashes.
2. Let the eyelash extensions slowly fall out by themselves. This will take about 2 months.
